Bought myself a wedding ring from a local jewelers, overwhelmed with so much choice, after it was made, hated it, too chunky and uncomfortable to wear. Found the Gentleman's Smith online and thought I'd grab one. Promptly sent it out, was slightly tight, contacted them online and they send out the next two ring sizes up, at one point I had 3 rings in my possession so was able to pick the right size, made it so easy. WHY TITANIUM?
Titanium is one of the strongest and lightest materials in jewellery.
It’s more scratch-resistant than silver, gold and platinum. It is incredibly lightweight and has a stunning brushed finish.
Our Titanium rings come in at 5.5mm wide and approx. 1.5mm thick in comfort fit. This ring looks great on all skin types and hands.
Should I Buy Tungsten instead?
We started out selling only Titanium rings but have since moved our focus to Tungsten wedding rings.
Don’t get us wrong, we still sell this Titanium ring and they are great for a number of reasons:
- slightly lighter in colour;
- hypoallergenic;
- extremely lightweight (you won’t even notice you’re wearing it); and,
- more scratch-resistant than silver, gold and platinum.
Still, most customers prefer our Tungsten rings for the premium feel (much heavier) and being noticeably more scratch-resistant than Titanium.
